roy calderbank

hi to you all just wandering if their is anyone that remembers my late husband roy calderbank he passed away in april and i am looking for any storys about him { good or bad } he went to rose bridge school and later played rugby for them he used to be a doorman at wigan casino he also did a lot of fishing and shooting does anyone remember him .

thanks douglas for reply roy went to rose bridge from 1964 to 1969 i know he knew steve bradbury ,lads he played rugby with was derek flecher,dave winstanley,he also played for shevington sharks in the 80s he went on tour with them to america in the early 80s . he also used be a trainer to many clubs . o and thanks douglas for your help .

hi mojo1, I was at Rose Bridge from '66 to '70 so i should have known Roy but i can't place him. Do you have any photo's of him at school or in the rugby teams he played for?

Hi mojo1, Sorry i'm not on 'face book' but it's easy enough to put your photo on here. Just put it on Album and then choose the appropriate section for it ie Schools or Sport. It will appear on the recently uploaded photo's first and will probably get a good response as there are obviously many ex Rose Bridgers on here. I look forward to seeing the photo
