childrens drag show on tv

I think I have just seen a program being advertised on the TV, it appears to be a show where children dress up as drag queens. Please someone tell me I have either dreamed it or misunderstood it because if its true there is something not right here I cant believe the tv watchdogs have approved this and if so tv has fallen to an all time low.
