why not bring in foreign coaches?ours just arent up to the job. (events and results prove it)

With the amount of foreigners playing all kinds of sports in this country it seems like the british sportsmen/women are not up to the job either.My opinion is too much reward for too little effort. Plus the controllers want instant success and are prepared to buy it by importing whoever, so local talent gets put on the back bourner.
