Can any one remember Wigan Rugby signing a ONE armed player in the 70's.
A work mate mentioned it the other day, I do seem to recall a one armed or one handed player but am not sure as I was only kid at the time.
thanx to you lot, cheers

had a good look on the net,and the only bit of info on kerry gibson can be found at www.eraofthebiff.com,and in the search box type is name then scroll down to no1(date 16-4-05),it doesnt mention that he played for wigan,it only mentions he played in aussie, but he did have one arm(full credit to him for playing the game).

He never played for Wigan.
Kerry Gibson, another Australian, had short stints with Runcorn and Springfield Borough in 1987-88 despite having only one arm.
