Someone on TV this morning said about 70 countries change their clocks in some form or other.I am not keen on early dark nights but it happens anyway.

Farmers I know in the UK start about 4am and finish after 10pm, so they get the same amount of daylight regardless of what time it is.

It's the animals that matter and they can't tell the time. They get up early, whatever time the clock says it is!

Thats#'s 100% true Tonks, This hour change puts my timing into Kilter for a few days because we live to a clock, Even though I'm not ruled to a clock, I'm conditioned by a long term of being ruled and its hard to shake off,

We have become dependant on time itself. I only have one clock in the house, on my bedroom wall. I didn't put the time forward last year so, when I've been looking at the clock I add an hour. It'll be reet later on though!

I bought a really cheap little mobile phone a couple of years ago. It's not internet activated (?) but I use it as an alarm, and the only other means I have of telling the time is on my desktop here in front of me.

Ah Tommy Tee using the term for, tampering with the Odometer to mislead a potential buyer, No mate, in fact I'm fairly sure that can't be done on modern vehicles although Tonker probably knows a ' man that can' but. I certainly can't and would't want to,

I can remember when the lads had wristwatches which had duel time on them which was a normal dial with fingers and a digital display so each watch you had to adjust the time twiceNow I have two clocks in the front room,A clock in the bedroom, three in the kitchen-wall cooker microwave car and wristwatch which all need changing .Laptop and phone change automatically Forgot about the timer on the central heating not really bothered as I set the heating manually

My body clock as not changed yet I am waking up at 4-00ish and my mind still thinks its 5-00ish and after trying to get some more sleep give up and get up and have a stroll round outside and I am even out before the dawn chorus, Same at meal times eating early by the clock but ready for my meal.Yesterday I had eaten my breakfast for 7-00 and put a roast into the oven for my tea. Over the next few days/week maybe my body clock will adjust if not I can always have a siesta in the afternoon

Peter, I think the time change knocks everybody out of kilter. It takes me a good few days to get my head to get back in line, so to speak.

I hadn't noticed until today though that my car clock had changed on its own. Good job as I hadn't a clue how to change it.
