I am sick of seeing the BBC publicity trailers for the Michael McIntyre Show, because I hate him and don't find him or anything on his show entertaining, the same with Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway Show, I hate that show too.

So why do folk find such drivel entertaining ?

Total dross . It's my idea of hell watching those. . Even worse is Alan Carr .
Miranda is the least funniest show in history . But the most annoying person on TV after Naga Munchetti is that weather girl , Louise ( I think I'm Meryl Streep ) Lear .
You're doing the weather love , not playing in Hamlet .

I agree 100% with the full content of your post Tommy Tee M .McIntyre is not funny and Ant n Dec should not even be on the TV, There are no comedians anymore, they all just rant about stuff, Come back proper joke tellers like the Late Great Bernard, I'd love to hear what he would say to Ant n Dec

I watched Ricky Gervais's 'Armageddon' show the other night, it is a stand up routine performed in a theatre, and it must have been the most offensive thing I have ever watched on TV, his 'observational' comedy which I would normally find funny, I couldn't laugh at it, because he was saying it, he is a vile man.

Ant & Dec and Bradley Walsh are on everything these days. They should give someone else a chance.

that Rickie Gervais is not funny either and he sells out at every show, Perhaps I need to go to ' how to watch rubbish' lessons for a few months,

That Ricki Gervais is horrible. He always looks like he has a bad smell under his nose as he sneers a lot. Ant and Dec are a waste of air space as well. They're not in the least bit amusing.

Now then, you lot leave my Bradley Walsh alone. On The Chase when there's a question with a possible naughty answer, he just collapses as he can't hold in the laughter, and his off the cuff wit has me laughing out loud, which is something I don't do much of these days. One of the funniest replies ever was about a skier named Fanny Chmelar, and it's still funny after all this time!

Bradley Walsh can have me in stitches, his comedy isn't rehearsed..he has such a good sense of humour himself...he's the best comic on the telly for me.

Today, many who comes on television says they are comedians, but the biggest joke is that they are nowhere near as funny as the comedians of the past and neither are the sitcoms.

Comedy on television is no longer what it used to be!

"Please enlighten me Tommy.."

Apparently, when Billy Connolly worked in a Glasgow shipyard, those Glaswegians who worked there, were so tough that they could cure Haemorrhoids, by scrubbing them with a wire brush which had been dipped in Dettol
