I don't think they do any kind of good work Jo anne, They claim to be perfick in every way yet, do nowt constructive, So if there any REAL Mays Poppins about, I've had to cut a hole in the ceiling because the pile of ironing has built up doing the ' holiday' period

TomP: “a hole in the ceiling”

Good thinking, but don’t you find your crampons make holes in the clothes when you climb to the top?

Our Ironing is done on a , first come first served arrangement so, we take the garments from the bottom of the pile, This saves any climbing, A corresponding hole in the bedroom allows us to add to the pile at 'Peak' times,,

If it's Library Street, it's over 10 years since the battery was replaced. I didn't fit the alarm.
If it's Market Street, I fitted the alarm in 2007. It follows that the one I fitted has a better battery!

It'll only go off for 20 minutes, then stop and reset itself. If there's a fault it won't reset itself, just display a fault code. Either way, I'm not going till Wednesday the 4th!

After posting all that info about your shops, the fact the alarms are dodgy and no one will be visiting them for several days let’s hope no ….. ‘dark characters’ seize the opportunity to break in and turn them over!

I see that the 2 self acclaimed highly qualified Electrical Engineers are helping you out Tonks, obviously I can't see their input but, I'm glad to see they are making an effort to post some constructive posts and, If they indeed help you in earnest , I might, and I do say might, open the door to them from the ignore cell block,

I was once parked on Wallgate, it was late on, or earlier on, if you are from the next day, and there was a weird storm going on, it was sleeting and hail stoning at the same time, and with very short flashes of lighting, and then the power went out, it went pitch black, and every alarm on Wallgate went off, and I nearly shat meself

Yep...the poor lad was struggling to determine the difference between solar and battery back-up systems but I think I have put him right now. Always happy to help.....that's me all over

But please don't rush to take me off ignore (not that anyone will notice the difference) Tom, it will only mean one less thing for me to laugh at you for.

I forgot to mention that I was on me own on Wallgate, when the power cut happened, and the car was switched off, so for a few seconds I had to fumble in the total blackness to find the ignition key, and then turn everything on in the car, whilst the alarms were echoing around me, and the lightning was flashing, it was like something from HG Wells 'War of the Worlds'

Tonks its simple, I say a phrase like, " no one goes there anymore" , The halfwits on ignore may or may not have said that But, They copy my every word as they are glued to my posts like limpit mines and in their vanity will claim to have said that, Maybe they did, may be they did't, I don't really care and neither does anyone else, except those in the ignore cell and that is evident by the rep[y above, Which I have not read but, I do know its bilge and, You would think a highly paid electronics company owner would be too busy today to be here,
