minimum 3 showers a day lasting half an hour or so... eats like an horse.... leaves lights on everywhere etc etc...

There will be an 'opportunity cost'. Spending an additional £1,000 on domestic fuel will cause a significant reduction of consumer spending in the broader economy!

Just one more factor to ensure that we get a full blown recession.
