SKY INTERNET PROBLEM

Has anyone got SKY INTERNET? and are having problems or are aware of some people having problems accessing the site? There appears to be a DNS problem and some people, including myself, are having problems.

I couldn't get through last night, I switched the computer off, and it's ok now, apart from I have an a stupid "Michael Buble tickets " advert which I can't get rid of and it's on every site I go on, anyone know how to take it off.

You could try turning everything off, including the router, most importantly the router, and leave it off for at least 35 minutes, then switch the router on, and leave it for about 10 minutes, before turning your sky box on, and your other gadgets.

Problem now sorted it was a DNS problem. I think it got sorted early this morning. But was initially told it could take 24 hours. 'All's well that ends well'

Glad to see the site back up. I wasn't able to get on last night either getting that DNS error. But was able to get onto other UK sites. As admin says, all's well that ends well
