Stardelta if it was me I would not only let the tyres down I would also take the valves out so they cannot pump them up. I hate motorists who block footpaths I dont see why I should walk in the road pushing a wheelchair because some selfish motorist decides to block what is a FOOTPATH. Sooner the ban on footpath parking becomes law the sooner the better.

I hate very little in life but cars parked on pavements is guaranteed to be the one of them, often blocking the pavement completely, I could go on and on and on ................ but I won't

Two crimes that are more serious than parking on the pavement. Not big and not clever.
