Viewed bbc programe on country's fly tipping what it showed was an absolute disgrace . But what stuck out for me was the enveromental agency's excuses , Apparently one excuse was that the cost to bring these scumbags to court cost's thousands and the end result is the magistraes fine them £ 150 /200 quid .. so its a matter of turn a blind eye .
Well i think if ever caught these s/bags should get a minimum of £1,000 fine and then have their photo's taken and published in the national and local newspapers for a full week at least lets try something, whilst in usa a bit we noticed in one state the culprits were made to wear a placard round their necks telling people what they had done seemed to work too shame the gits i say .. G.B.

I was on a discussion forum meet on zoom recently for North Lincs communities .
Two subjects dominated the discussion .
Litter and dog pooh .We are talking of a large area of Northern England So clearly its a huge problem.

Today it has been reported on Facebook that it is taking an hour and a half to get into and out of the Recycling Depot at Ince, with the traffic queueing back to the Council Depot.

It might help things if the council would take away peoples rubbish in their bin wagons, just like they used to do

BB this is small fry and justly they should get fined but it is the large scale fly tippers who tip not one wagon full but 10's of loads in one spot who should be found and fined £1000's
