I’m sure Sir Ian could cope with anything you throw at him, I-Spy, he’s an old pro.

Julie Walters would be my first choice as an actress.
Hugh Jackman as male actor.
Abba as musical entertainers.
Alfie Bow as classical.

Good choices, Jathbee.

The theatre has a potential capacity of 1500- 2000 people.

I didn’t realise it’s going to be bigger than The Edge Arena (1000 seater)

Back in March, Liam Gallagher tweeted “Wigan’s biblical” - fishing to be on the bill if you ask me.

What about Rory Kinnear, son of famous Wiganer Roy Kinnear; Rory follows in his father's footsteps of being an excellent actor and entertainer.

LG - missed the Verve I'm afraid but it was obviously a big success.
But there's plenty of ta!ent out there in Wigan land and I'm sure they'd love to perform on home turf

I reckon you and Jo Anne can come up with a top class bill.
I'd like to see a special section for local musicians etc

Plenty of talent in Wigan and they should be given their chance. They're the ones along with the likes of the Old Courts pushing the arts in Wigan
