Can't be doing with sitting and watching telly me, I read a lot while listening to my eclectic library of albums and CD's.
Telly dulls the the mind, it has to be something special for me to watch.

I'd rather play Scrabble online with people from all over the world or do crosswords to keep my mind active

"There's never aything new on the telly these days, it's all repeats. Oooooooh, yes, the old fims are the best, I can watch them over and over again, I love 'em"!

I do have a full set of the 143 episodes on disc but they are just copies taken from an American TV including the adverts and some aren't very good quality..

I haven't owned a TV for about 12 years now, but I can watch Catch-Up TV on my computer.
I've watched some really lovely stuff over Christmas, films I've never seen before such as Maleficent, Frozen, and the adaptation of Cinderella; and I've enjoyed Clash of the Titans again, Never Ending Story, Calamity Jane, Saving Mr Banks, and lots more on My5 as well.
I know lots of folk don't like the soaps, but many have done really well during the current situation, most especially in Emmerdale when Marlon read out his eulogy. That was so true and heart-rending, and the way Casualty's very powerful portrayal was presented was stunning.
No two people like the same things, but if what you're watching makes you happy, then that's all you need.

Mollie..... you say you haven't had a tv for quite some time but watch on your pc. Do you have a TVs licence? Be aware you still need one to view in this manner, look up rules and regulations, don't get into trouble
