100 Million Doses ....

.... of the Covid19 vaccine has been 'ordered' by the UK government.

But, the question is, WHY? ... when the population is only 67 million?

Do they know something we don't know? are we having visitors from foreign shores?

Tonker - They are not visitors, the 'extra' is here to stay.

It's being given to the over 60s first.

Some (or all?) of the vaccines require two doses per person, Tonker; eg the moderna vaccine does: www.gov.uk.

They must be expecting a 49% survival rate from the first dose!

(work it out ! )

Maybe it needs to be given every year like the flu jab.

I think they said that the vaccine is also being purchased for those countries associated with british rule or whatever it is called so not just for the 4 nations of the UK
