It might look pathetic at first with him being illegal alien and driving with out insurance, but it does say the lady was four times over the legal drink-drive limit and was knelling down in the middle of the road, so he might not have seen her, when he hit something he might have thought it was just a stray dog

He dienied hitting anything, He shouldn't havve been on the road. Nor should have he been in the Country. There wasn't even a deportation order.
