Major?

To date he is 6th in line to the throne. His step dad will be happy I suppose, but this is all that ghastly womans doing. I wouldn't be surprised if they split up in a couple of years.

A very odd business though to announce it on Instagram, surely harry knows the correct etiquette for these Royal announcements I think Harry will give in to anything that Megan wants and will regret the day he has become alienated from his family.
Time will tell.

I think it has something to do with the Andrew affair, and what happens if Andrew is prosecuted in the USA and is extradited from the UK and found guilty, and jailed in the USA, then with Meghan being a US citizen, then that puts her and Harry in an embarrassing position, and she could be pissed off with the whole Royal thing, and she may just want to bring her kid up normally in America, so I think that they have probably done the right thing, and if the Andrew thing fizzles out and nothing happens, and Meghan decides she wants to be a Princess again, then they could always resume Royal duties, and think about this, and that is if she resumed acting, just think what those American TV production companies would pay her to appear in a production, you would be talking mega money, because she may be aware of how certain people look on the Royals has parasites, and in the announcement they say they want to be financially independent, so it could be her way of saying eff off to folk like PeterP

Hey What is going on.
We tax payers have just paid £2.4 million, to do up there house and the Queen gave him £20 million when he got married.
If he and that American wife wants to walk away, we want our money back and the sooner they are all sacked the better.

What I don’t understand is why anyone would buy anything endorsed by them. I would be the opposite. I would avoid them. I am glad Canada is so large as there is every chance they will be thousands of miles from me. I would strip them of their titles ASAP.

Megan misses her empty headed actor pals more than she likes her empty headed royal pals. Besides, Harry's net worth is a piddlimg $45 million, peanuts to the greedy Megan. Report here is she intends to open up in America a Foundation modeled on the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.

Open a Foundation, (The Windsor Foundation - dare she?) beg for money in return for introductions to really darling people, then raid it as your own tax free piggy bank. She has the title, she doesn't need the Queen's faux nephew any more, or whatever the kid is.

Watch for a break in the next few weeks.

Is there really any group more stupid than the royal family? Listen to Charles for a few minutes on the global warming hoax, or his views on architecture, or Andrew talking about his sexual proclivities and you begin to wonder if this whole gaggle is certifiably insane.

On the Official International Idiot Rating I would give them a definite 9.5 out of 10 Whupsies.

whacker,
Been busy but I will reply tomorrow. I read you message on my phone but reading it now I don’t think I disagree with much. A bit of advice needed. I have visited quite a lot of the US but we are looking for somewhere with a bit of history and nice surroundings. Recommendation if you would. Thanks.

Broady, I can only tell you places that I have visited and lived in and liked in the US. I hope it might be a jumping off point for you.

Boston, New York City, Washington DC (eat by the magnificent waterfront) Tampa FL, Sarasota FL, Charlotte NC., St. Augustine FL., New Orleans LA., (go Mardi Gras - a hoot) Savannah GA (history at the wharves, R L Stevenson modelled the Benbow Inn on the huge inn that is still there and in business) Miami’s South Beach (like Orleans leave your inhibitions at home) Bar Harbor, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, anywhere in New England. The Finger Lakes areas, where I live, are beautiful. Enough to start with.

You haven’t been to Eastern Canada? Wow. I envy you your discoveries. Toronto is what every city should be. I go there every chance I get. I love Montreal and Quebec. Niagara Falls - tawdry but fun. Eastern Canada is WONDERFUL. You can’t go wrong.

I am spending much of May in New York and much of June in Washington DC. Broadway Show tickets for everything in sight, great restaurant reservations and TWO different concerts by Wynton Marsalis and his 50 piece jazz band, one in NY, a different one in Washington DC. Wooee!

Keep me posted on your trip. If I can help, I will.

Are you driving?

I'll tell you what Harry, Jack the lot in, give all your richly deserved millions to deserving charities, visit a top plastic surgeon, assume new identities, and then both take a couple of jobs on no hours contracts. And finally rent a council house on one of Wiggin's finest estates. Then I can guarantee, that, I for one would have the greatest sympathy for you, when you realise what being "really" peed off with life means!!!

I am behind them 100% because the Royals have been called scroungers and parasites in places like this for years now, and the good they doo for the country is ignored, the Queen has kept the Commonwealth together, and that will do us fine after Brexit.

The media destroyed Harry's mum, who incidently I once met along with her brother when I was in my early teens on a train from London Yooston.

So I wish them well

Have they shown the video in England of Harry bracing a startled head of Disney for voice over work for his wife? It was totally out of place, at a party, and the head of Disney looks decidedly uncomfortable. In the event, as far as I can determine, Meghan got a voice over gig for a charity - at no pay! Maybe this isn't going to be as easy as Meghan told Harry it would be.

On the other hand, Netflix is throwing away millions on all sorts of stupid productions, so who knows?

The NYT had a headline referring to Harry..."The husband formerly known as Prince..." - funny if you have a good memory.
