Dreadful driving.
The fact that they can walk or run away from an accident like that, is because of the numerous safety systems there are in modern cars now, such has front and side air bags etc
Knobheads though, supposing someone had been walking along the pavement there or in vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.

They could also have been high on drugs and/or alcohol so didn't feel any aches or pains. People like that should be wiped off the face of the earth.

they walk/run away because they know they're in the wrong, If someone bumped into their car, they'd stay and wait for an ambulance and claim

To many now driving on our roads and streets with alcohol and drugs in their bodies.
But what can be done when the Police in cars are now too busy dealing with other crimes.
Perhaps the time has come for highway patrol officers on motorbikes dealing solely with motoring offences like they have in other countries?

Nothing's improved under Tory government leadership, apart from Foodbanks, and I'm not convinced that everyone using them are as broke as they claim to be.
But to get back on track, do you honestly think that a change to the Labour party will see any improvements at all, will Cross - Channel Charlie and all the rest of the scroungers suddenly stop coming when they find out that a Labour government are now in charge?
A sensible answer from you would make a change, instead of the usual "incompetent Tory spivs".
