would anybody, in there right mind, pay nearly a thousand pound for a phone?

BB to some people it is the must have itemat any price

its got face recognition i think,excuse to bump the price up, i for one would not pay so much for a phone,but some will ,i use hand me down phones

It's all about personal choice. Some folks happily pay far more than £1k to watch 22 blokes kick a ball around a field for 90 minutes 38 times a year !!

To each his own. Who in their right mind would spend a £1000 filling glasses with various liquids, most of which you pee against the wall within thirty minutes, or spend a £1000 buying some plant wrapped in a bit of paper and set fire to it. Lots do. I won't even mention those in love with Lester Piggot, play the bandits or buy " other substances"

Exactly, broady and the phone would probably be with you and be more useful far longer than any of those other things. What's more it could always be sold on later if needs be.
