ALKER, Samuel - 1783-4

Looking for any census evidence of Samuel ALKER b 1783-1784. Their were two baptised in Wigan n a short space of time. Census evidence could help me pinpoint which one was mine. Was it Samuel, the son of James ALKER and Ellen ARROWSMITH, or perhaps it was the other Samuel, son of Samuel ALKER and Mary MAKINSON? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
