Went past this spot this afternoon and the `Statue` man in P-a-D 29th March`12 was in Standishgate.
Had been in library and could hear noise from the Piazza. Never heard such a booming extremely loud racket from the band on the Piazza when I went past them. This is noise pollution and should be stopped.
