Levelling up? Levelling down to the ground more likely.
Question is, will it ever get built back up again?
Looking at Wigan’s past attempts at re-building does not fill me with any confidence that it will be any improvement on what is already there.
More like rasing to the ground.
Why the government levelling up? I thought the rebuild was through the council?
What has the UK Government got to do with this project ??
Nowt as far as I know, correct me if i'm wrong.
Once its level it should make the wheelchair users and mothers who have to push tan sads around happy
It's probably a condition of getting 'Levelling Up' funding that Councils have to prominently advertise the fact on funded projects. Good to know that the Council's scheme has such high-level backing....
On level with what ? It’s nearly all uphill in Wigan…but it’s going down hill all the way now..what a load of
bulls eye.
PeterP and Roy, the UK government has a lot to do with this project as it is their project, undertaken by Wigan council (who are the UK government at a local level and happen to manage the Wigan borough on the UK government's behalf)
