All very picturesque and neat. It's as if there's a competition going on to have the best garden. I can't make out whether they are the front gardens or the back as they are all very ornamental and formal. Perhaps the fronts as there doesn't seem to be any benches to relax. I think 'Donty Mon' would be proud!

My auntie & uncle lived in one of these cottages in the late 50's early 60's.
They didn't have a bathroom an had to go to Grandma's house once a week for a bath.

They are the 'Tan Pit' cottages opposite what was the Star Inn - Roby Mill.

A long history of my family living in these cottages, lovely view of Blackpool Tower when using the outside toilet at the rear !!!
