O my word, what a beautiful photograph of a stunning little duckling. You're right Mick, its beak looks as though it's a piece of amber. The photograph's so clear that you can see the softness of its feathers.
Thank you Dave - producing photos like this must take some expertise. I never progressed from the little holiday snaps of the children, usually with their heads 'chopped off'!

When I first looked at it I thought this is one from the world famous Dave Oy but well snapped David.

Great photo David, I’ve been trying for a while to get a photo of one of these little critters but didn’t come up with anything anywhere as good as this one.

Thanks all. I was holding the camera over the side of the towpath to get as low an angle as I could. It took a few attempts to get an ok shot. Those baby ducks move really fast! ????
