You can tell straightaway it's one of Daves..its just a brilliant shot.
Its commanding gaze reminds me of the pilot who has complete faith in his monster plane's long and wobbly wings moments before take-off, and knowing that they'll get him there. Nice photo of a lovely creature Dave.
The runway reminds me of a liquorice stick, but that's another story.

I love all the photos of wild life as in reality we rarely get the opportunity to see them so clearly
