Well caught both photographer and falcon. Bit easier to sex than Buzzards Alan with his bluey grey head.

I watched one eating a pigeon in my garden a few weeks ago.
And then I saw one catch a Bluetit that was coming out of one of my bird boxes and flew off to eat that on the next door neighbors lawn.
After a couple of days I could see that the other tit had stopped coming back to the box so Had a peep and inside was 11 cold eggs.
Sad but thats wildlife for you, at least my tit didnt get killed by a well fed fat cat

A grand photo Alan. I've always liked the Kestrel's rusty colouring, and how easy it is to spot as the bird hovers.
