That's different.

That's just beautiful David...thank you.

Thats good, it seems the in thing to light up buildings these days. Images were flashed onto the walls of Norwich Castle.

Nice one David.

That's a wonderful sight - very effective. I would like to have been there to see it. I went during the week to touch some names on the cenotaph as I always do and there were quite a number of people doing the same.

Trouble is you have to go out at night to see these things

Very good pic of the image on the side of the church. This year the Remembrance has been particularly poignant, with the centenary of WW1 ending.

Great photo, David.

The lights are very dramatic....

especially at night.

Well done.

I would love to see this, but, as Mick says, you have to go into Wigan at night which I don't like to do. However, thanks to David, we are able to see it. Thankyou, David.

It's a shame Irene dislikes going into Wigan at night, it's a changing world and I understand her thoughts.
Nice colours David.

A very moving picture David. This year Remembrance Day has been exceptional everywhere hasn't it?

Comment by: Andrew on 15th November 2018 at 22:19

Nice shot, even if I do say so myself!

Comment by: Garry on 16th November 2018 at 11:42

No one else is going to say it for you Andrew.

Magic! If more of this sort of thing was done, it may encourage people to go out into the town centre at night. Unfortunately, apart from clubs, theres no other reason to go into Wigan at night. Wigan needs more night time town centre entertainment attractions and better public transport. Some older people don't have cars and no night-time bus services.
