Photo-a-Day (Friday, 10th November, 2017)
A shower of bullions spiralled down!
The trees have abdicated crowns
Of crispen burnished acolytes
Through rays of cider coloured light.
Tobacco and orange
They writhe in the wind
Like the ebb and flow rush
Of the sea.
There's no season as inspirational as Autumn....good photo.
There is beauty everywhere on an Autumn day.
A beautiful photograph Maurice, thank you.
Thank you also Poet, you’ve made my day
“Rays of cider coloured light” - what magnificent poetry.
Gorgeous colours, a brilliant pic. Looks like something you might see on 'Countryfile'
If this is sammys flood I remember them planting many of these trees possibly early 1960s they've grown with me over the years and will grow even bigger when I'm gone, strange thing nature .
