It looks like this couple have missed the last bus and he wont pay for a taxi!!
Ive been there and bought the t-shirt. Mind the sound of bird-song at dawn is quite pleasant!!

I've researched this and the couple are walking towards a ten feet deep hole filled with water....:-)
