Cooper's Row is a picturesque alleyway off Market Place and that horrible head is an eyesore. This is not a criticism of this photo at all; it is of the sculpture.

JSCWatson Coopers row is just off the Weind and the face is at the front of Wigan Life Centre. type "the face Wigan" into the search box above the photo and read all about it and yes it is still there
