No, Derek - it's St Wilfrid's at Standish. Pics from the opposite direction - i.e. from that spire, feature in the 2015 Calendar I've produced for the church.
Where are those houses in Standish please ? it's got me thinkin we are looking from Gils farm area not HIc bibi.
Fairhurst Ave ?
Bradley Lane and Avondale St and the estate off Avondale St that contains Dovedale Drive,Edale Drive, Sterndale Drive, etc. Wrong direction for Fairhurst Ave alan.

No not down by Hic Bibi brook alan, it will be a little bit further up the field in the direction of the church. Alan, or anyone else for that matter, go to the church hall around 10-30 am any weekday and spend a fiver on Rev Long's brilliant calendar, the answer to your question but in reverse is on the August picture. Anyone remotely interested in Standish needs to buy this calendar.
Roy, I am certainly remote, but definately interested in Standish. As you say,Rev Longs calendar is brilliant and I can hardly wait till 1st Jan 2015 to hang it on my wall.
