Buoyancy aids are compulsory, Garry have you tried it? can't really compare it to fishing. That was an almost windless day though, but every one seemed to enjoy themselves. Thanks all.

The week before we were out sailing in the Atlantic with only a little more wind. Like fishing, it may look boring but is actually peaceful. Unlike fishing, sailing can provide a range of emotions from peace through exhilaration to absolute terror. We do try to avoid the terror part.
