Well I hope they are being paid well for doing this. Personally I wouldn't do it no matter how much I was paid. They just look idiotic.

Perhaps these roos have brought you the hot weather. Can you send them back because it is cold here in Adelaide.(17 degs)

They do not cast a shadow ,and appear to float .

That's exactly what I thought Ron. It looks as though they've been placed onto the photo artificially.

Ron there shadows will be Downunder.

If that was you yesterday coming up Wigan road and heading towards Aspull, it was me who was coming down waving, but I couldnt see you very well because I had a fly in one of my eyes.

The Aussie opening batsmen limbering up for Old Trafford?

Your Right Mick on both counts

Ron - they cast no shadow because they are still within the shadow of the buildings at the right. They haven't crossed that line into the sunlight. The reason they seem to float - is that they are jumping on large springs within the stilts inside their suits. They're hopping down be road and are both about a foot off the ground.

Isaw these on Market street the other day, I thought they were great fun. Were they promoting something or was it a charity thing?

Comment by: Ron D on 25th July 2013 at 16:28

Tripped your shutter at the right moment. You timed it right,Had they been on the ground there would have been a shadow ,nicely timed Dave.

A much better shot would have been at the front, and not from behind.

Comment by: dave johnson on 25th July 2013 at 19:18

Ron, they were out of the Sun so like Dracula they will not cast a shaddow. I saw these two lads on Saturday and my first thought was "how hot are they" I was bloody lothered just walking up Standishgate!
Oy,Nice shot by the way.
