Nice to move around and see different parts of the country

Love the fact that it has TV - and the washing hanging from the aerial. Well done Ron.

yes, it is great to visit other parts of the country. We never managed the London area - partly because I was terrified of other traffic there. Other canals we did over they years, and it was an experience that I can recommend.

A great way of using your time peterp, my last trip on my boat Marrow was London and back via the Thames ,seven short weeks,in 1999 then I swapped it for a mobility scooter.Dam mistake.

We visited Crooke Village recently and what a lovely place, outside the pub watching the boats go by and there are a lot of people living on boats there on the Marina.

Comment by: Mick on 23rd July 2013 at 23:24

Crooke is not a s nice as it seems because some of them boaters who living on there boats without paying the proper mooring fees.

And have no toilet facilities so you can imagine where there waste goes.

It wont be to many years and the canal will be just as polluted as the canals in China
