I am 66 years old now but I still remember the days when, not much older than these two, my old Mam used to take me and my brothers to Haigh Hall and let us run riot in the hope of tiring us out. Happy memories that stay with you for a lifetime.

you kids have fun, then ask the parents for a ice cream, its hard work playing in the sand

I hope these children are related to you.
I have recently been made aware by the police that photographs put online are available to anyone. They are there for a long time . . .
There are a lot of weirdos out there . . .

Bless them! they look like they're having fun.

Lovely photo Ron, they are having a great time. Pam, I think you should give it a rest stop being so paranoid.

Comment by: tricia on 17th May 2013 at 13:28

but it isn't the same as when we were young Den. Children don't know their place nowadays and it won't be long before these 2 are sniffing gluye and vandalizing the town.

don't think the parents of those two lovely kids would be well pleased with the last comment !!!

Comment by: david on 17th May 2013 at 13:50

Unfortunatley, Pam raises a valid point.

Two healthy rosy cheeked children having a great day out in the fresh air, suppose in a few more years they'll be stuck inside playing games with an XBox. LOL

I can't agree with tricia's comment. When I have been manning the crazy golf I have been pleased to see the standard of upbringing the children who use Haigh Hall display. Everyone either said please and thank you or they were reminded by their parents to use their manners. They are 2 lovely children who will probably grow up to be good citizens. Good photo Ron

Lovely photo Ron...I can't see Tricia typing out comments like that, it's not her....I agree lovely kids.

I can't help wondering why there are so many negative people around these days. I think it's a pity that we can't enjoy this picture of two beautiful children at play without all this negativity.

It all depends o what you and your kind are willing to do about it tricia!or is it not your problem?

Comment by: tricia on 17th May 2013 at 22:10

Comment at 13.28 is not me.

Thanks for your support , Colin.
To the other people picking on me, please do not feed the trolls.(Fred C.. my kind ?????????)
I think it is a lovely pic.

It seems like the Troll has been at it again, writing under other peoples names. Must be a very sad person who cannot use their own name. Tricia and now lizzy are being targeted.

Very nice photo above. Well done Ron.
