Nice shot but it does look a bit over exposed and the sky is a bit blown.
Saying that i often do this myself.

Good photo John and I see nothing wrong with the exposure, if you had stopped the lens down the skin tones and colours on the engine would have been to dark. Sunny days are not always a photographers best friend too many shadows and blown out highlights
Again thanks for all the comments folks. Phil see my comment on yesterdays photo about the exposure, as Honk says the sunny days are not always best especially when a train is going north when the front is in shadow.
It's a photo of the train and people not the sky - you've nailed the exposure bang on for a straight shot. To get the sky in too you could have shot it 2 stops lower and used fill flash to bring the people and train back up - but I suspect you probably didn't have time as it takes a few shots to get that sort of shot right.
