Man in the middle... I can only see one man. I can tell you he won't be bothered, I know him.
I don't get this "did none of these people object to you taking their picture?"
The camera only records what your eyes can see - and I don't go around asking if people object me looking at them.
It's a public place and there is no law against people taking photos, and people do not have a legal right to stop persons from taking photos of them in a public place.
Is the store entrance on the right Morrisons. If so where are the two guys that always seem to be there when I visit Wigan. GO LATICS GO

If people don't want to be seen or photographed in a public place...then don't go to a public place.

Derek the store on the right is Textiles Direct, Morrisons is further down on the left through a passageway.
Taking photographs of people in a public space - but publishing on the internet?
Newspapers do it everyday.
Youre allowed to photograph people in public places, but if anyone asks, you have to show them the image and delete it if they ask you to.
But images in a newspaper are classed as 'for editorial purposes'- not published gratuitously, as the above.
Why does everybody look so miserable?
