Photo: John Morris (Nikon D700 using a Nikon 24-85mm lens)
Thank you for that lovely photo John. It has special meaning for me. My parents were married there in the early 1930's, and their ashes rest in the garden of remembrance. I live thousands of miles away and cannot visit easily, so I value being able to look at the picture. Bless you.
Nice shot very clear and sharp sky colour, well done
Hi Alan, It is always a pleasure to give pleasure, cheers.
Thank you from me too. I also have memories. My Uncle was Headmaster of the Church School. I also live away, but my heart is still in Wigan.
My husband and I were married there over 51 years ago, so it was wonderful to see such a superb photo of the church.Poolstock will always hold special memories for me as I spent all my childhood there and only moved after I was married.Thank you John.
