Now you have me! for a start where is Worthington lakes? and it looks very small. could it be kicked over or is it fixed to the ground? it's very interesting. thank you so much for sharing it.
Not going into the woods with a torch at night(to throw a light)enough light during the day.Serious note are there any more carvings around the lakes?
If i am right, that carving is at the bleachworks end of the lakes in a small picnic area on the left, there were a couple of other carvings as well, but when I saw them last (a couple of years ago)they wher in a bad state of repair, the picnic tables were falling to bits and there were signs of misuse.
They are as aitch says in the picnic are and they are rooted to the ground ,and as far as i know it is the only carving
