Photo-a-Day (Saturday, 17th May, 2008)
Trinity Methodist Pemberton
I like the matching details of the old and modern buildings.
Another great photograph, Dave :o)
I wonder how many church buildings there are in the borough of Wigan?!
Such a shame that church doors are often locked these days.
Just dropped my mum and dad off there for their Saturday morning tea an toast!
St. Peters in Chester where I was married 43 years ago now have the best priced cuppa in Chester with mouth watering home made cake. And I like your photo Dave.
The building on the left was my first school, 1941.
It has had a modern foyer but the rest is quite old.
Blood donating sessions are regularly done there.
A GREAT LOOKING CHURCH AND CLEAR BLUE SKY
