Not exactly a camp photo' but one of the activities that Wigan ATC Cadets take part in anually. We started going up to the Bomber Crew Memorialin 1988 as a joint exercise with The Royal Observer Corps members from Atherton Post and the Wigan Cadets. I was a member of both organisations. We go on the first Sunday after Rememberance Sunday and at 11a.m.we have a wreath laying ceremony.If we have a bugler present we also have The Last Post & Reveille.

I remember doing this hike a few time in the late 80's......always either raining or freezing cold as I remember.

This brings back memories Mr T. I remember doing this on several occasions. Followed by a warming cup of tea at the Padre's church in Horwich... Lovely memories. Thanks.
