My dad new many of these people living in Downallgreen and being linked to both the legion and the village club. The third one on the left is I believe Frank Naylor, who my dad knew very well. I believe he had at least one brother or maybe more who were also in the band.

i can confirm that 3rd row back is Frank Naylor, he had 3 brothers all in the band , Les , Bert and Harold who sadly isnt with us anymore,i grew up as a kid playing for North Ashton with many happy memories, Frank taught me to play cornet my respect for the man is to this day huge. Sadly lost contact with my musical family years ago would love to get in touch with them again !!!! any one any info about who and where give us a shout would be appriciated very mutch , pleasure to see these photos old faces i did not think i would see again.....

Hi Andy Bond here I'm a current member of North Ashton Band, formerly downall Green, many of the older members are still with us Frank Naylor, Bert Naylor, George Walsh, Malcolm cook, we are located behind Garswood Hall Bowling Club practices tues & Thurs 8pm, come along and have a look, listen to us and have a friendly chat and relive the old days!

Second from the left at the back stood up Richard Gordon Roberts, my dad and Elizabeth's grandad passed away 1994. If it is possible how would I be able to get a copy of this photo Thanks

yes thats Mary and she was married to Harry.

Harry was my uncle .
And I think that’s uncle Arthur in the middle stood up ????
