Mild with sunny periods was the day.This must be near the end of the procession as it is my last photo of it. Yes it was 1977 as my son (in the buggy) was 14 months old and enjoyed his "ringside" seat.

I think that float was manned by the barstaff and regulars from the Globe pub as the sign reads " All round the Globe "
