That could be Tom although I doubt he'd have closed up whilst the parade went by. No sign of Elsie, maybe she was manning the shop. Next door to Robinson's was a shop we knew as Susan's and next door but 2 up Heaton Street was another little shop known as Mabel's. At the bottom of Grove Lane between Elm Avenue and Ash Grove was another shop, Birkett's All closed years ago.
