My badge from when I was a guard on the 92 road in Liverpool. Wigan connection - it was in the same Traffic Area - and one of our terminuses was Page Moss - where we'd watch the exotic-looking buses doing the 320 route from Wigan.
PSV licences for conductors ceased to be issued in 1981 - very few were being employed by that time, outside London. PSV drivers' licences followed in 1991, when the licence classification was changed to the PCV - Passenger Carrying Vehicle - licence. No badge is issued to such drivers.
