I don't know why there was all the fuss was about the Triumph Bonneville, because I thought they were noisy, horrible and old fashioned, I preferred the Jap bikes at the time.

Did you know at the time of this photo you could not get a Japanese bike bigger than 450cc so all the super bikes were British, I know the Japs came in strong soon after and took over for many years but British bikes are winning again on the tracks and selling well on the roads.
