I agree with Jarvo. The hairstyles and glasses suggest 1940s....early 1950s at very latest, but a lovely photo.

the badge no front left =cc31493 must be early 50s or late 40s as my badge no was cc79374 in 1962
Ethel Norman is my nan, I remember my great aunt Christine, who lived on wood house lane. I am in the process of doing a family tree and would like any copies of photos of my nan, please contact me .
