Is that a class 86 in the background, if so it must be being hauled by a diesel on the front of the carriages as there are no power lines ?

2 theories, the class 86 does have its pantograph down which wouls lead you to believe that it is being towed but why if there are no wires? it could just be that the overhead wire have been air brushed out?

Brushed out as you can see the next gantry over the coaches.
