Ince Boys Brigabde on camp possibly at Worthen in Shropshire. My dad, Tom Parkinson, is the second drummer from the left on the front row.

I also think it's Wally Blakely and it's Church Lads Brigade not BB. I don't know the date but if I'm right it could not be 1920's.

On reflection and having enhanced and enlarged the picture I don't think it is Wally or the CLB. I think it is as the posters claims. Sorry for jumping in.

Thanks for your comments but I'm absolutely certain that it's Boys Brigade not Church Lads. I still have my dad's cap and badge and I've posted another picture on the site which I think proves without a shadow of a doubt that it is BB. Dad was born in 1916 and he looks in his early teens here that's why I was assuming it was around the late 1920's
