The first time we ever did Frodsham - can you imagine CYCLING to Frodsham now? It would kill me. We camped alongside the river with the A56 running alongside and did "Sesqui's" into it (mad, flat dives). You would get typhoid now. Wasn't good enough for Geoff Gaskell - he met a girl and had us cycling to RUNCORN just so HE could see her! Any kids over there, Geoff?

We certainly where a motley crew, I remember stripping the bike and the Frodsham trip.
