boxing competition from 1939 involving local boys clubs, could have been held at old wigan baths?, featured in the competition boxing for wigan boys club is (M.RYAN) i think of wigan rugby fame, maybe some more names will be recognised, my dad V.WARING is top right, not sure what j.i.c stands for under his name.
